National Conference on Aerospace Quality and Reliability

SAQR India

11 Jan 2024

Conference Theme

Human space missions and aircraft technologies are two of the most fascinating and challenging domains of engineering and science. They involve the design, development, operation and management of complex systems that enable humans to explore and utilize the atmospheric and space environments. They also require the integration of various disciplines, such as aerodynamics, propulsion, structures, materi-als, controls, communications, navigation, guidance, robotics, sen-sors, instrumentation, software and human factors. However, human space missions and aircraft technologies also face significant risks and challenges for their success and sustainability. The technological advancements of automation and digitalization of the aircraft and spacecraft have improved the performance, efficiency and reliability of the systems but have also introduced new vulnerabilities, complexities and uncertainties. These challenges demand the continuous improvement and innovation of space systems and also require the adoption and application of quality management systems and standards that ensure the quality of the products, processes and services in the aviation and space sectors. The role of the private sector in space activities is immensely critical and has raised the competition, innovation and diversity of the space actors, however the implications for regulation and governance is essential to address the issues of liability, responsibility, security and ethics.

The conference will feature keynote speeches, technical sessions and exhibitions covering the topic. The conference will also provide a platform for networking and collaboration among the experts, researchers and industry leaders.

Target Audience

Senior management professionals, scientists, engineers, students and research scholars
